  • Coleridge's Conversation Poems: In this sublime and heartrending poem Coleridge gives expression to an experience of double consciousness. • WAR ON DRUGS: Mexican President Felipe Calderon Moves to Decriminalize Drug Possession: Faced with a mounting death toll in his war with powerful drug trafficking organizations, Mexico President Felipe Calderon has moved to decriminalize the possession of small amounts of drugs, according to a Reuters report Thursday afternoon. The only other source reporting the news Thursday evening was the Mexican news agency Notimex. Under the new law, you can carry 2 grams of pot, 2 grams of opium, half a gram of coke, 50mg of heroin, or 40mg of meth. Alejandro Gonzalez, head of the Senate's justice committee. The last bill like this was stopped - by another country. Guess who? "US" ?
